I have spent 4 years in the Independent living sector. I have been very fortunate to work with a fantastic team of people who are like minded with the same working ethos and a passion to succeed.My role as a Sales Negotiator and Regional Sales Associate is primarily to support both customer with their later living journey and our internal Sales Team in order to reach our targets. My role essentially is covering all disciplines including financial services, solicitors referrals, surveyors and gaining valuations with rapport building on viewings with clients, covering developments for property viewings and events across the South, Midlands and North region when required. I am very much a people person and pride myself is being helpful and fully committed to every role I have held, with a passion to achieve personal and team targets. I am very organised with strong administration skills and a good eye for detail. I am confident with most software systems.
