I am currently working as part of the WGPSN Global O&M department. In the position of MMS Co-ordinator for the ConnocoPhillips FM project, ‘Southern North Sea’ Gas fields.Ensuring all Engineering work packs are interrogated for Function Location updates, additions & amendments as required, for input to the CMMS system, SAP.Deliverables include fully populated database with all function location data as required to ensure effective maintenance and historical recording of operations & maintenance equipment.Inclusion of Manufacturers’ details, datasheets, O&M manuals, 2-year spares list and maintenance frequencies & requirements.System drawings required are; Electrical and Instrument schematics. P&ID’s, Piping isometrics, D&ID’s Mechanical, Structural and 3-D modelling.This involves close liaison and effective communications with all engineering departments, Electrical, Instruments Piping, Mechanical, Structural and Safety engineering. Ensuring the requirements of the operations & maintenance systems are considered and met at the final close out of the work packs.

Supervising the maintenance team in accordance with the safety guidelines and permit to work systems, and ensuring all safety measures and risk assessments were carried out.Ensuring preventative maintenance routines and corrective repairs were carried out in a safe, timely and cost effective manner. Compliance with maintenance and operations planning; liaising with all disciplines and departments and ensuring all work histories were entered into the ‘SAP Blueprint’ Computerised Maintenance Management System, and that data quality was of required standard.
