As a Facilitator at Accra Academy, I applied my communication and team facilitation skills to support the learning and development of students and staff. I designed and delivered engaging workshops, activities, and events that fostered collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking. I also provided feedback and guidance to help participants achieve their goals and improve their performance. Previously, I gained valuable experience as a Personal Assistant at K.B Ventures and Ainguah Electronics, where I handled various administrative and organizational tasks for the executives. These roles helped me develop my individual work, time management, and problem-solving skills. I have a passion for facilitating learning and growth in diverse and dynamic environments.
