As a senior technologist, I am responsible for completing multiple Phase I and Phase II CSA and RSC Environmental Site Assessments for municipal and private clients, and financial institutions. I supervise the detailed subsurface investigations contingent with Phase II assessments including: supervising drill rigs, the excavation of test pits, advancement of overburden and bedrock wells, obtaining overburden soil samples and groundwater samples as well as soil vapour samples. I have been part of numerous annual monitoring programs. My tasks included collecting groundwater and surface water samples from monitoring locations, organization and submission of samples for analysis, preparation of annual monitoring reports and data interpretation. I have been responsible for overseeing soil remediation programs, butternut tending, and routine maintenance for groundwater treatment systems.
