My role as a consultant draws on extensive experience of Business, Commercial, Operational and People management for the Service, Manufacturing, Production and Events industry. With a background in Operations Management I have 20 years experience in Multi-discipline, Planning, Business Operations and Project Management, ten of which have been at Director level, working on a wide range of major projects across a diverse market.Heading up Commercial, Operational and Multi-discipline teams has given me an instinctive understanding of project management and production processes, resource planning and restructure in a ever changing client driven environment, building on the concepts of agile, continual improvement and culture change techniques. I have also gained invaluable experience of delivering business restructure, change management and resource development to enable a sustainable business model for future operations.
