During my time as a Project Manager at Wates I have been fortunate enough to be involved in a wide variety of projects and clients nearly all Blue Chip or Government agencies. These have been either site based or covering multiple premises in a roll out programme. The client list includes the DWP, Royal Mail, Marks & Spencer, Boots ranging from small refurbishments to full Flag Ship remodelling to £20M + The varied nature and geographical locations have added texture to the role as well as the often short notice and moving targets that some of these projects bring has helped to me hone my programming skills as well.

Project Managed a number of projects for various client accounts including M&S, Barclays, BHS. Some as a site based role and some as a roving PM on a roll out. Highlight was working with the design team and M&S on the delivery of their Store of the Future in Basingstoke especially my involvement in the Foodhall delivery.

During my time in charge of the Joinery workshop I over hauled the buying and manufacturing process and brought about large cost saving and increased out put in line with the companies strategy to develop their turnover
