Engineering Leader of the LA Dry Laundry Technology group. My role covered five main areas: 1) Technical responsible for Dry Laundry Processes and platform standardization across the seven plants in the region; 2) Own the LA Dry Laundry Capacity Master Plan and the execution of two main projects in Venezuela and Peru to support business growth; 3) Lead the Technical Readiness team to ensure successful initiatives launch; 4) Co-Lead reformulation of products and initiatives with the Research and Development organization, 5) Provide technical guidance to a supplier on its new facility in Mexico.

Cairo, Egypt

I was responsible for the creation of the new Technical Center for Middle East & Africa region in Cairo, Egypt. Lead the recruiting process and rapid development of Technical capability in the organization to support the Technical transition and responsibilities from Brussels Technical Center to the MEA Technical Center in Egypt. The organization has +30 engineers, working for five sites in the region with a direct Capital Investment of triple digit million dollars per year.
