Internal Auditing- Conduct internal audits that evaluate all aspects of a client's operations. - Create customized standard operating procedures for clients.- Evaluate and score all key tasks of every department and provide recommendations to upper management on corrective action. - Implement best practice procedures for every department.Costing Analysis- Determine operating costs of various departments and make recommendations for improvement.- Perform price analysis on certain products and services. Evaluate profitability and make recommendations for management.- Evaluate long-term contracts and measure profitability based on forecasts of new costs. Implement procedures to increase profitability for future transactions.Interim Management- Act as interim manager for clients' operations until new candidate is hired.- Use experience and knowledge to keep operations running at existing levels of efficiency.- Sourcing and hiring new managers for key positions in the client's company.
