CurrentPersonnel Records Manager: Oversees the preparation and submission of Cadet administrative reports and provides Professor of Military Science and Cadre weekly status updates of administrative requirements for prospective Cadets, ensures that Cadet actions are administratively and procedurally correct and prepared in accordance with applicable regulations. Maintains accountability and integrity of all Cadet documentation with regards to program enrollment, contracting, medical qualifications, pay, security clearances, and commissioning.Financial Technician: Prepares and verifies all required scholarship documentation and processes scholarship payment. Monitors Cadet financial payment report for Professor of Military Science and verifies proper payments including: scholarship payments, monthly stipend, book payments, contracting bonuses, and travel pay. Facilitates pay inquiries and resolves Cadet pay discrepancies. Reviews, processes, and releases pay certification reports to higher command financial office each month.Regulation & Policy Advisor: Interprets and applies Department of the Army and US Cadet Command regulatory and policy guidance, and previous precedent regarding Cadet Actions. Provides knowledge and assistance in regards to rules and regulations to the Professor of Military Science and Cadre. Resolves procedural and regulatory questions concerning enrollment eligibility, medical qualification, and other contracting and commissioning requirements. Verifies contracting eligibility of all prospective Cadets, and retention of all enrolled Cadets in accordance with established regulations and guidelines
