Recruited to lead Chromalloy Component Services (CCS), one of the largest divisions of CGT, specializing in the development and execution of innovative repairs for large gas turbines. Brought in to oversee a return to growth and profitability by right-sizing facilities and equipment, implementing lean manufacturing processes, establishing a metrics driven approach to cost control, increasing sales through re-energizing customer relations, and recruiting the next generation of leaders to drive change in response to market conditions.

Recruited to join Erickson one year prior to IPO event. Full P&L responsibility for $50M Manufacturing and MRO Division. Charter was to improve profitability through implementation of lean manufacturing and materials management, diversification to achieve higher plant utilization, and implementation of world class quality systems, processes and procedures to support public ownership.

Following acquisition of Keystone Helicopter by Sikorsky Aircraft, retained as President to oversee integration; then appointed GM of Sikorsky Customization and MRO operation. Implemented Lean transformation, launched ACE (continuous improvement) initiative, then grew operation over 4 years to $500M Revenue / 1200 employees. Captured $2M in State job creation grants, oversaw build of new state-of-the-art flight and delivery center, qualified for FAA Production Certificate, and oversaw transitioning of all commercial products from Stratford, CT to Coatesville, PA

Initially joined family owned business as VP - Helicopter Services. Developed Strategy and led team that won the largest contract in the company's history. Grew business from ~$40M to ~$150M following sale to Private Equity group in 2002. Moved company to new state-of-the art Heliplex, and presided over business thru sale of company to its largest customer, Sikorsky Aircraft.
