• Responsible for the global configuration set up of the ServiceNow Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for a global audience of 250k+, ensuring requirements for all 72 countries are met.
• Leading the defect process for HOST, liaising with the Vendor and the HR Business to resolve current defects found during system (SIT) and user (UAT) testing.
• Managing user feedback process during UAT testing to gain end user input on final system build.
• Managing process changes with the Business and Vendor to Case Management, Knowledge Management and Portal Management processes.
• Coordination of system maintenance and downtime between the vendor and the business.
• Undertaken system administration training for the ServiceNow CRM system and the supporting Success Factors HR system.
