• Responsible for the global configuration set up of the ServiceNow Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for a global audience of 250k+, ensuring requirements for all 72 countries are met.• Leading the defect process for HOST, liaising with the Vendor and the HR Business to resolve current defects found during system (SIT) and user (UAT) testing.• Managing user feedback process during UAT testing to gain end user input on final system build.• Managing process changes with the Business and Vendor to Case Management, Knowledge Management and Portal Management processes.• Coordination of system maintenance and downtime between the vendor and the business.• Undertaken system administration training for the ServiceNow CRM system and the supporting Success Factors HR system.• Working with the Success Factors integrations team to get the systems integrations running into the StartNow system.• Leading knowledge exchange sessions with business teams to enhance wider system understanding of the new system setup, focusing on Case Management, Knowledge Management and Portal Management.• Working alongside the Procurement team to manage the RFP of the CRM proposal for the True North project, coordinating with multiple vendors and the HR senior team to provide a recommendation for the new CRM system.
