Dave Forestner represents a variety of clients in complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings nationwide. He has significant experience in litigating fiduciary duty claims. Mr. Forestner has represented such diverse interests as aggregate mining companies in class action, products liability, and land use disputes; physicians, nurses, nursing homes, and hospitals in actions for professional malpractice; financial institutions in actions on guaranties; construction disputes; and both insurers and insureds in litigation related to insurance coverage and bad-faith denial of coverage.Mr. Forestner is a former chair of the Tort and Insurance Practice Section of the Georgia Bar and was a claims manager for professional liability insurers prior to attending law school.
