I have been at the firm since April 1997, and been a partner since January 1, 2005.I have substantial experience in a broad area of international trade-related issues. These include Customs valuation, tariff classification, compliance system creation, compliance system review, litigation, trade agreements (such as NAFTA and other agreements), trade remedies (such as antidumping duty cases and Section 201 cases), other agency requirements for importation, export practice, and due diligence activities. I have also assisted companies in their business planning and international trade integration activities.My practice has given me significant exposure to many different industries, products, cultures, and business models. I have wide-ranging interests and welcome opportunities to expand both my professional and personal knowledge.
