I am a dedicated, loyal, conscientious individual who is passionate about his duties, and takes great pride in my role. I enjoy being being part of a team, but equally enjoy working individually and thrive in highly pressurised and challenging working environments. In my most recent role I was the sole temp controller for USA, Canada, South Africa & Ireland. I consider empathy to be one of my strongest character traits, and this allows me to build long lasting relationships with colleagues and clients, including those classed as “high risk” and problematic. I take great joy and satisfaction in resolving disputes and bringing accounts back to within their payment terms. I try to understand each clients individual circumstances, and regularly liase with the “accounts payable” departments. This means that when disputes occur, we are able to work together amicably towards a mutually beneficial outcome. I also consider myself a fast learner and I am willing to take on any training necessary to enable me to carry out my work to a high standard. I also have a full UK driving license. Show less
