I am currently an executive officer for a company of 400 Marines. I am in charge of all matters that relate to training, admiration, and general conduct of daily operations.

I was assigned as the assistant operations officer for a battalion of 770 Marines due to my acumen in operations planning. During my time in this position, I planned, developed, and coordinated orders to enable 50 Marines to deploy overseas and be successful in support of multinational exercises. I also developed an antiterrorism plan in 6 months that ensure the safety and security of 770 Marines,12 buildings and the equipment contained within. This plan was inspected at the General Officer level an passed the inspection with a 100% compliance rating.

During my time as a platoon commander, I was responsible the training of 60 Marines. I developed a complex six month training plan to prepare my Marines to conduct urban operations. I was also responsible for 1.7 million dollars worth of equipment at this time and maintained 100% accountability of all equipment that was assigned to me. I coordinated and supervised high risk training over this period for with zero incidents.

I worked as an arborist assistant prior to entering the military service with Arborscapes LLC. This fantastic company and team helped develop my experience in the urban forestry field by giving me hands on experience climbing and pruning trees all throughout the Greater Richmond Area. I gained experience in SRT, DRT, felling/removals and large scale tree care jobs that require heavy equipment and crane usage.

I worked as the Virginia Big Tree Intern in 2017, recertifying measurements and auditing data entries for over 200 trees. I used a laser clinometer and tape to take accurate measurements of various species of trees all across the Commonwealth of Virginia.
