The Bank of England's CMS Platform Product Owner, Scrum certified CSPO, with extensive experience in IT covering roles from Team & Operations Lead to past software engineer roles. My focus is now around Product Ownership, projects, team practices, strategy, commercials and delivery.As Product Owner I am currently managing all aspects the Bank’s CMS Cloud Platform, hosting the Bank’s Public Website, including cloud technology, budgets and commercials, vendors and stakeholder management for business and external partner relationships. I also manage Operational activities such as service, risk, compliance and security.I have recently successfully led the largest of Bank's recent Cloud Programme projects to deliver a complete rebuild and upgrade of the CMS Platform into the cloud, and transition to BAU operations and continuous improvement.
