CurrentGroup Information TechnologyGlobal Project Management Office (PMO)Directs, oversees, and operates the global Project Management Office function and oversees multiple regional PMO offices to ensure that IT programs and projects meet the organization’s goals and requirements. • Enforces the overall IT Project Portfolio Management targets and priorities in the PMO operations globally• Develops, deploys, and maintains standard IT demand and project management processes and policies consistent with ITIL-based best practices• Ensures the quality of demand and project portfolio reporting and KPIs. Assesses the value generated by projects.• Directs and supports project managers and project management staff. Works with the IT Management Team to define, prioritize, and steer projects and programs. • Manages and develops the regional PMOs to improve quality and visibility of the demand/project portfolio and individual projects in all regions• Develops the project management competencies and ensures proper training for the global project manager pool• Develops needed templates and tools to support the PMO processes and policies• Facilitates the Portfolio Management Meetings to ensure governance of IT demands and projects• Integrated process management with Enterprise Architecture, Business Value evaluation and realization, and IT Service Management consistent with ITIL best practices
