My role as animal supplies & logistics assistant has many roles and responsibilities. These include:- Collection and distribution of browse to animal sections from our own on-site plantations or offsite such as golf clubs, fisheries etc including the use of chainsaws to cut the trees- Organisation and delivery of daily fresh produce to animal kitchens- Driving heavy agricultural machinery such as JCB telehandlers, fork lifts and tractors for many specialist jobs such as animal moves, removing animal waste, assisting teams with heavy items around site etc. - Liaising with animal teams to ensure their orders for (and not limited to) dry goods, live food orders, bale deliveries etc.- Distribution of carcass & small mammal meat for carnivore sections.
