I am a highly experienced infrastructure and construction executive, having worked at a senior level in several successful businesses and delivered numerous major infrastructure projects in a wide variety of sectors including education, health, and transport. I am a resilient and collaborative team-oriented implementor whose experience covers the full scope of a project implementation cycle, from the management of complex stakeholder engagement, development of project briefs, early planning and development, management of design processes, management of contract procurement processes, contract management, as well as project completion, operational commissioning and asset management. The following is a selection of my recent key achievements:• Successful development of numerous major infrastructure projects in Australia and overseas for a wide variety of both government and non-government clients.• Recently assisted School Infrastructure NSW to develop a new delivery methodology for new school projects utilising MMC and Project 13.• Established an Advisory office in Melbourne and achieved solid growth in resources and revenue despite the effects of the 2020/2021 global pandemic.• Led the development of several key health and education projects across the Eastern states, including major hospital and education facilities.• Developed and maintained a vast array of infrastructure assets at Australia’s second busiest airport through a large Project Management Office and a skilled facility management workforce.
