Led recruiting and staffing for innovative developer of Web-based applicant tracking system for mid-sized organizations. Acted as account manager responsible for multiple customer accounts.• Developed and established processes and policies pertaining to staffing, including complete life-cycle recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, and on-boarding. • Grew company head count from eight employees to 35 within nine months, using only referrals and limited job boards.

Held responsibility for recruitment and staffing of temporary contract positions at key client sites. Recruited highly qualified candidates, coordinated interview process, obtained offer information, and conducted background checks. Also, worked in company’s MRI contingency staffing division, handling direct recruitment and placement of senior-level candidates in biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Dealt with candidates possessing PhDs or MDs and compensation at $120,000 and above.

Hired and developed staff of 11 full time recruiters in nine offices nationwide. Hired as sole national recruiter and went on to build and develop national recruiting practice and hiring strategy for company from scratch. Established broad Internet presence, controlled cost-effective resources for staff, and lowered cost per hire, while doubling hires per month and staying below budget.

Managed, mentored, and developed national staff of eight recruiters, while establishing hiring processes to meet business needs of growing consulting business. Selected as only recruiter to serve on national management team that opened 12 new consulting branches in United States and Canada within two years. Hired eight new recruiters. Staffed eight new offices, while managing $1,100,000 budget.
