My job included raising of vehicle manifests, collation of correct documents for travel, arranging for collections and deliveries of various cargoes to the various Islands. Generating billing for all collections and deliveries. Reason for leaving Department was abolished.

London Heathrow Airport

Responsibilities included, making sure correct freight loaded in correct bins and pallets, making sure all hazardous regulations were adhered to. Making full use of various Aircraft loads and Trims. Keeping sure all commercial viabilites were fully utilised.Keeping an operational vigilance on Aircraft close out times and various restrictions. It was a short term contract after leaving the RAF to help Ba into new cargo centre at Heathrow

I was resposible for the correct loading of various aircraft, mostly Vc10's and Hercules Cmk 30, but have worked on Tri-stars and Chinooks. Making sure all cargo loaded to correct aircraft spec, The production of various waybills, custom clearance forms, aircraft trim paperwork, various cargo and passenger manifests for flight crew.The building of various cargo loads, to make full use of aircraft capacity. Also the arangement of passenger loads, manifests both within the military and civil enviroments.
