I have owned and operated the Creative Arts Studio with my wife, Kristin Ashare, since 1999. Starting with our location in Novi, we've since moved our studio to downtown Royal Oak and have thrived there. The Creative Arts Studio offers a variety of art projects on a walk in basis, in class settings, or for parties and large scale events. Specializing in the fired arts, customers can walk in without a reservation and try their hands at pottery painting, glass fusing, mosaics, spin art, or wax hands. We also offer private or group lessons in wheel throwing, canvas painting, and pallet board painting. In addition to these services, we also cater to customers looking to hold parties or larger events. Our studio holds a maximum of 80 people and our private party room is great for smaller groups of 20 or less. We've played host to corporate team building events, fundraising events, business presentations, and company parties as well as countless school field trips, birthday parties, scout events, and bachelorette parties. Recently, the studio acquired a company van and we've been taking our work on the road. We've brought our projects to company picnics, office parties, and in office team building events.
