Manage and implement the e-media needs of approximately 160 communities nationwide with a focus on Social Media, Reputation Management, Analytics, SEM and other technology related marketing tools. In addition, I oversee the day to day marketing needs of the Arizona regional market including advertising, promotions, analytics, resident retention and other marketing related responsibilities.

As part of a national training department, I am in part responsible for the training and support needs of approximately 160 communities. The training and support includes all aspects of property management and is distributed to all property management employees. In addition to these responsibilities, I am often included in special projects or new product rollouts in which I evaluate, test and eventually train and roll out new products or procedures.

I seek out new technologies available to the Property Management division. I also analyze current technologies to be sure that the Property Management division is getting the most from what is made available to them. This position includes negotiations with vendors, communications liason between multiple departments as well as involvement in the testing and implementation of any new system.

This position included the management of a three employee computer training team held with the responsibility of training and support for approximately 80 properties in the Western Region. In addition to the training and support, this team was responsible for much of the testing of new products, communications liason to many company departments as well as assisting the Operation's department in many of its policy and procedure making decisions.

My main responsibility during this time was to program, distribute, install and support the new routers that were to be installed companywide for our new secured network. In May of 2001 I was asked to relocate to Dallas to continue in my position, however, I was unprepared to do so and so was transitioned into a Training roll which allowed me to stay in Arizona.

This position involved the recruiting, training and support for all onsite Bookkeepers in the Arizona region.
