Successfully designed and launched a cross-functional effort to deliver an improved enterprise response to privacy incidents. These efforts required building consensus among cross-functional stakeholders to deliver the enterprise Privacy Incident Management playbook. Served as the Privacy Incident Manager to lead first line responses to privacy incidents. Successfully led a multi-divisional team to implement the Freddie Mac response to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Managed the daily operations of the CCPA fulfillment process. Supervised a team of consultants through a current state assessment of governance of enterprise unstructured and semi-structured content. Delivered an implementation roadmap and successfully handed the project to the implementation team for the process build. Beyond the research and strategy components, responsibilities included the selection of a technology solution and the coordination of stakeholders across the enterprise. Promoted from Manager to Senior Manager.

In two years as a manager for Clarendon Partners, I successfully completed seven engagements at Freddie Mac. I supported the Risk & Controls team for the Investments & Capital Markets (I&CM) division through two quarterly control reviews, and on two occasions, I supported the I&CM model governance team by drafting model documentation, including developer guides, model user guides and ongoing monitoring plans.I supported the Single Family division in three separate engagements. On two engagements, I managed the division through a required update of model documentation. As part of these projects, I drafted significant financial model documentation, including an entire developer guide. On the third engagement, I participated on a team that drafted the division's disaster response framework, focusing on process development, process documentation and team training.In support of Capital Markets Compliance, I led a small team to develop an Office of Trustee function in response to a regulatory finding. This project included process development, process documentation, database development and team training.

Developed materials for external publication on behalf of the Board, including Inspection Briefs and General Reports. Monitored and drafted reports on the status of current issues and events, including a current project to evaluate inspection results and to guide Board actions related to PCAOB Audit Standard 1220, Engagement Quality Review. Effectively maintained and queried a database using SAS Enterprise Guide to obtain data needed to provide analysis used by the Office of the Director and other PCAOB stakeholders. Designed and maintained a SharePoint dashboard to house inspection-related data and charts for use throughout the organization. Established a social media program to increase exposure of the Division of Registration and Inspections (DRI). Partnered with a website development team as DRI representative on an entity-wide website redesign project. Served as Office of Director liaison to the Office of Public Affairs.

Supported international Deloitte member firms with PCAOB registration, reporting, and inspections activities.

Served as functional lead in an entity-wide database data stewardship and database redesign project and lead a project to overhaul entity-wide taxonomy. Performed and internally published research related to audit risk.

Developed framework for the identification of audits for inspection. Designed and reviewed reports in support of the inspection planning process.
