I am a senior professional with a philosophy of building high performing organizations through the alignment and integration of exceptional people practices and values based corporate culture with effective strategic planning and strategy execution. Throughout my career, I have held responsibility for all elements of HR, corporate strategy and enterprise risk management. I have overseen a staff of up to 31 individuals. I have led the HR and strategy functions of organizations with with up to $360M in revenue and over 1300 staff (including unionized staff). Beyond this, I have worked with the Boards of these organizations to ensure effective corporate governance through regular reporting and the development of various policies and procedures, By-laws, Terms of Reference, etc.In all my roles, I have helped build organizations that met and exceeded performance expectations while establishing outstanding employee relations and enviable corporate cultures. I am now looking for opportunities to help other organizations along this journey.
