As a PhD student in Bioengineering at the University of Oregon, I focus on developing immunomodulatory thin films for neural interfaces. My current work, supported by the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship, bridges the gap between biomaterials, immunology, and neuroscience. With a broad skill set that includes cell culture, protein-binder discovery, and material characterization, I am passionate about driving innovation at the intersection of these disciplines.My career aspirations are centered around becoming a principal investigator and leading an interdisciplinary lab.
