Perform audit fieldwork of media and entertainment companies including major balance sheet and P&L accounts such as advertising and affiliate revenue, deferred revenue related to affiliate programming covenants and advertising makegood, allocation of major sports rights expenses as well as realized and unrealized gain/loss, allocations, shareholder's equity and partners' capital and cash flows.Review client prepared financial statements and related financial highlights and footnote disclosures including SBIC and FAS 157, to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with applicable reporting standardsPrepare detailed planning analysis for both public and non-public clients, including review of industry forces and documentation of various core business processesPrepare and monitor engagement budgets to ensure efficiency and profitability. Bi-weekly discussions with senior manager regarding engagement status in accordance with responsibilities as lead seniorEvaluate clients' internal control systems, identifying weaknesses and developing recommendations for improvement to deliver to senior management.
