I supervise a graphic artist and a team of courtroom presentation specialists on courtroom assignments.I developed and grew the South Florida branch from inception to viable business entity, establishing operations, systems, vendor network, and clientele, and growing a diverse clientele of leading law firms through a consultative client approach, providing value-added services and utilizing CRM tools to build and implement targeted marketing campaigns. In addition, I held dotted line responsibility for interoffice operations management and project coordination with 8 locations across the United States. During my time with RLM | Trialgraphics, I increased branch revenues 79% while managing 100+ cases per month, and growing the business through development of relationships with leading law firms. I was appointed by the CEO to manage inventory, project planning, and resource allocation for all the company's corporate locations, ensuring coordinated and efficient operations.
