Responsible for the creation and oversight of a nonprofit property management company. In this capacity, executed management contracts for several special needs housing developments, established management and maintenance plans for all the properties, and was responsible for the oversight of properties to meet all financial regulations and requirements as well as performance goals and objectives.Other duties included: • successfully lead the acquisition/rehabilitation of Crafton Towers, a 103 unit low income housing development for the elderly, under the Low Income Housing Preservation and Resident Homeownership Act (LIHPRHA); • applied for and developed four HUD 202 projects involving 123 units of housing for the elderly and five HUD 811 projects consisting of 102 units of housing for persons with disabilities;• supervision of 25 employees;• participation as senior management in the overall program planning and overall administration of the organization.

Managed the Housing and Community Development Workgroup, a support team for the Enterprise Foundation national and local office programs. Supervised 12 highly qualified professionals in delivering training and technical assistance in organizational development, housing production, property and asset management, safety, child care, community planning and other community development skills.Member of the senior management team for Program Services in developing and supporting national program initiatives of Enterprise Foundation.Responsible for the coordination of the CHAM (Consortium of Housing and Asset Management) program: a program of LISC, The Enterprise Foundation and Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation. Duties include: the development and delivery of training and materials in the fields of property and asset management; the creation and coordination of two certification programs in asset management offered by CHAM.
