• Became the first recruiter hired in the Orlando Delivery Center and set a cultural foundation for continued success, taking on the BI skillset from the start. • Helped to grow the ERP/BI/CRM Support Services team, from three recruiters at onset to over 40, resulting in multiple promotions for qualified teammates. • Part of the Hiring Committee which involved attending career fairs, interviewing potential candidates, and workforce planning. • Led the Enterprise Applications team which included six recruiters and six sourcers under them.• Directly developed four contest-winning recruiters totaling ten contests between them.• Built the brand of the Enterprise Applications team within TEKsystems resulting in partnership with multiple Account Managers and field office Delivery Managers.
