Project Manager Of Infrastructure Capital Controls
Current- Review and analyze monthly construction program disbursements to ensure spending is within budgets; arrange budget revisions as necessary.
- Provide regular (monthly, etc) updates to agency administrators on Capital project spending and chronological completion of active construction projects.
- Advise CTA consultants on issues and optimizations to the agency's Capital Project Management software.
- Compare contract financials with actual invoicing on completed Capital construction projects [Overhead Adjustment Reconciliation]. When necessary, assemble and route an approval package for projects which not only.
- Make field visits to public and non-public CTA facilities; record conditions and provide guidance and recommendations for future improvements based on current conditions and system needs.
