Assist NBN’s operational and construction teams (and their external delivery partners) in ensuring that NBN’s obligations under applicable Facility Access Agreements are met. Act as an operational-level interface between NBN’s operational and construction teams (and their external Delivery Partners) and local electrical utilities to facilitate safe, timely and efficient network construction and maintenance. Assist with field audits to ensure network construction or maintenance activities are in line with relevant standards and utility requirements. Proactively seek ways for nbn construct and maintain aerial telecommunications infrastructure in a more efficient and cost-effective manner. Support innovative applications of Aerial telecommunication networks within other programs such as small extensions, replacements of existing networks, MAC (Moves, Adds and Changes) including the changes to existing processes to allow successful assessment and introduction. Support maintenance, replacement and asset management initiatives as identified or requested. Identify gaps within the existing Standards, work with designers, engineers & internal teams to produce relevant TIB’s then apply to NBN Co Standards. Hold Enablement Sessions around the Country as required to introduce & provide awareness to NBN Field Supervisors, Delivery Partners & their Contractors the correct procedures & benefits to build “first time right”.
