County Wide Services is a full-service general contractor.In 2012, I was recruited to manage the planning, demolition, and construction of multiple internal physical spaces for Rady Children’s at Scripps Memorial Hospital. As such, I led three concurrent crews performing mold remediation and abatement, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, HVAC repairs, and finishes. Key achievements:►Successfully managing project team assembly and management, permitting, procurement of materials and services, site supervision, due diligence, punch list verification, inspections, and post-construction closeouts.►Closing out all projects on time and within scope and budget. I liaised with our clients, architects, engineering firms, and others to ensure seamless execution without disruption to ongoing hospital operation.

Kirk Enterprise operated a commercial drift gillnet fishing vessel.In addition to my duties as an officer, I project managed all aspects of ship renovations, refurbishments, and preventive maintenance, including budgeting, project definition, vendor selection, contractor selection and supervision, punch list verification, and quality control. Key achievement:►Overseeing work crews from initial planning through final signoff working on exteriors, interiors, electrical, mechanical, water, waste, and HVAC systems.

I co-founded Tri Tech Industries, an early-stage developer, manufacturer, and marketer of snowboards and related hard and soft goods.I built, shaped, and led the business strategy, hiring and leading a multi-level organization of 25 employees at four facilities and a team of outside sales representatives. In this capacity, I held C-level responsibility for business planning and roadmapping, day-to-day operations, sales, marketing, supply chain, product development, and investor relations, and directly supervised facilities leasing, buildout, and administration.►Architecting a business roadmap that grew Tri Tech from inception to $15M+ in total revenues. I structured the business, led the initial capital raise, designed our manufacturing processes, and executed the go-to-market strategy.►Designing and implementing 15-point manufacturing lines. I sourced the capital equipment; built custom equipment and configurations for our hydraulic presses, dies, and tooling; and engineered production processes and flows.►Project managing the buildout of multiple facilities.
