Responsible for resolving open disrepair cases and minimising the risks to both customer and organisation, by co-ordinating the work of a disrepairs team, working with multiple stakeholders, resolving historical data issues and introducing greater visibility and assurance around number of cases. This including reducing the number of open cases in a period when over 70 cases per month were received during winter, introducing robust and reliable data and reporting in the short term, issue resolution and resource management to prioritise effort and support to regional teams to promote best practice.
