Taking the Lead for the Live Sound Engineering and Live Recordings at Collage Arts Venue: Karamel Club. Performed around 12 Live recordings for projects like zerOclassikal, or amazing friends and artist like Xantone Blaq, and Tony Kofi.

Lead the Production of the European project related events for Collage Arts. Managing Teams of around 25 people for the biggest events, and coordinating all the activities, from small transnational meeting to one day multi performance events, allocating dance, visual arts and music productions from 11 EU countries into one day/one venue event. Main Producer of the festival , Taking Part - Participatory Arts.Coordinate the partnership of stakeholders, directors and Art directors to the best performance range achievement.

Working directly with the Executive Director:Change Management, Creation of systems and artifacts till Improve the quality and performance of the Apprentice program: Success rate from 0 completion to 54 achieved in 2 years.Developments included: Scheme of work Design, Learning program design. Training and Mentoring. Analysis of Learning and Development needs, assessments, and gap analysis, both of the Team and the candidates cohorts. Aspire 2 Create EU Leonardo Transfer of Innovation Programme.Development and maintenance of the Moodle platform to sustain the research and testing of the validation framework.Peer to Peer support, and Peer to Peer validation during the testing phase of the program.I wrote the related technical reports for the evaluation, and support the Project manager to deliver the related Working Packages, on time and budget.Attending International meetings and delivery of Training actions at Croatia and Slovenia.The project scored a 85% in the final EU evaluation.

Moddle install, delivery and maintenance. Lead the website developer, Content design, Wordpress installs, themes and maintenance/administrationLead the development of a brand new plugin software for Moodle, to match the innovations of the program in partnership with Synergy Learning.Successfully tested the innovative framework

Founder of the cult Music Creation and Sound Engineering School: Artquimia, the first all digital Sound school in Spain, and a Benchmark for Learning Quality and Innovative Methodologies.In our production branch Artquimia worked for all kind of clients, from Underground and seminal bands like Tabletom, to mainstream clients like Sony Music, getting our services contracted for productions from Coca-Cola, to the most experimental projects like Las Flores no Lloran.Personally involved in the Sound design and BSO for Videogames, Working for Legend Studios.Main achievements:Artquimia became a referent in the Music industry training and development with a 87% of industry job insertion.Artquimia was the first Spanish Non Formal Education Organization invited to EU Leonardo projects for his quality performance.Artquimia was dissolved after 13 years cause it achieved the statutory goals and objectives.

Change Management and Introduction of the RockSchool accreditation system in Spain.Working side by side with the director, support and consulting, providing solutions for the delivery and development of the RockSchool program.Achievements: 100% success rate in the first cohort of exams from grades 1 to 8.

STEP was the first EU project Delivered in Malaga in the field of education, my role was to Lead as Director and Project manager the Spanish partnership for the project , working closely with CEO's and Directors from 5 European organizations to deliver the working packages and outcomes of the project on schedule and according t the allocated budget. Stakeholders engagement, Financial Reports, Training Delivery, event organization , research and Strategy designs, were the main activities.
