I am responsible for developing and updating my area's $100k budget including all the purchasing and accounting for the Orientation Programs office. I work collaboratively with the offices around campus to develop a comprehensive Orientation Program for all incoming students. I recruit, train and manage over 80 student volunteers who work as peer leaders during the program and throughout the year. I also develop, analyse and present assessments for each program. I oversee all the Greek Lettered Organizations (23), the Student Governments (undergraduate day, undergraduate night and graduate) as well as thirty (30) plus academic clubs. I help provide support and structure of governance for all three areas of student leadership including helping to develop and uphold policies.

Primary coordinator of the Brooklyn College New Student Orientation programming with oversight of budget. Staff liaison to leadership development programs and. Division Representative for “Academic Affairs” and “First College Year” committees. Directs outreach to Political representatives for civic engagement programs. Develop and implement the new student orientation programs. Advise the various student Governments. Provide oversight for the many Governance bodies which have students as members; ensuring that all students attend meeting so that there is constant student input into the governing policies of the college.
