• Lead and supervise the planning and implementation of component 6c – Towards Peaceful and Non-violent General Elections in Nigeria, of the European Union Support to Democratic Governance in Nigeria (EU-SDGN) program by 3 partners in 6 States (Benue, Borno, Imo, Kaduna, Oyo and Rivers) and Lagos.• Lead and coordinate the planning and implementation of National climate resilience strategy for Nigeria while collaborating with other leads from 5 countries across Africa and the Middle East.• Facilitate and oversee partnership and effective communication with State and Non-state actors such as Ministries, Departments and Agencies of Government, Civil Society Organisations, community architectures/gatekeepers and donors such as the European Union (EU) and other international donors on project implementation, briefings and reporting.• Supervise the planning and execution of MEAL activities such as outcome harvesting, facilitating Collaboration, Learning and Adaptation (CLA) etc. and budget management to ensure effective and efficient project management.• Craft capacity development needs of 9 team members and oversee/facilitate their training to ensure their development and upskilling.• Direct the planning and implementation of the National peacebuilding and conflict management strategy for Nigeria.• Participate and collaborate with team members in other functions/units to draft country strategy and proposals while representing the organisation in assigned public and media engagements.

• Coordinated the implementation of Specific Objective 3 of component 6c – Towards Peaceful and Non-violent General Elections in Nigeria, of the European Union Support to Democratic Governance in Nigeria (EU-SDGN) program in 6 States (Benue, Borno, Imo, Kaduna, Oyo and Rivers) and Lagos.• Facilitated the training of over 1400 women and youths across 7 states on peacebuilding, conflict mitigation approach, human rights, gender mainstreaming and citizens’ journalism (eye witness reporting).• Facilitated the strengthening and mentoring of over 100 women and youth groups as peer educators to step down their knowledge in peacebuilding, conflict mitigation approach, human rights, gender mainstreaming and citizens’ journalism (eye witness reporting) in their communities across 7 states.• Led the execution of 6 conferences of traditional and religious leaders across 6 states on strengthening democratic governance, Early Warning Early Response (EWER) mechanisms and indigenous peace and conflict management initiatives to promote peaceful conduct of elections and overall community peace.• Oversaw the execution of 6 conferences of Non-state actors to galvanize strategic and collaborative actions to mobilise citizens and engage state actors towards participatory, inclusive and peaceful conduct of elections across 6 states.• Coordinated 12 community forums (2 each across 6 states) to create awareness, sensitise community members about their rights, the 2022 Electoral Act, to promote and empower them to participate in governance processes.

• Supported the management of 6 partnerships and 3 networks in Abuja, Anambra, Jigawa, Kaduna and Kano and the review of partners/networks’ monthly reports and workplans while providing technical support/mentorship on project implementation.• Drafted monthly program summary reports for the disaster risk reduction and democracy and good governance work stream and participated in planning/implementation meetings and represent the organisation in key assigned functions in respect to disaster risk reduction, democracy and good governance in Kaduna State.• Supported the distribution and monitoring of cash and Non-Food Items (NFIs) to 1,016 households across 3 communities in Kogi State.• Supervised enumerators to conduct data collection and monitor its submission from the back end of the data collection tool and executed data cleaning and analysis for 2 assessments while drafting the report and communication of their findings.

• Led and coordinate the design and implementation of 5 projects’ logic models (Logical framework, Theory of Change, and Result Framework), M&E plans, Indicator Performance Tracking Table, Summary Evaluation Table, and Data flow map among other relevant documents. • Led and coordinate the design, training of enumerators, data collection, analysis, report, validation, and communication of 7 research findings to relevant stakeholders.• Led the design and implementation of 4 baselines and 2 end-line surveys.• Led 5 project outcome harvesting and impact assessment activities. • Lead the documentation and report of project findings and outcomes/achievements to partners, donors, and other stakeholders.• Coordinate learning review meetings across 5 projects.• Trained over 2,500 members of community accountability network – Ward Integrity Committee (WIC) and 35 CSOs/CBOs on FOI, issues identification, power mapping, stakeholders’ engagement, outcome harvesting, advocacy and policy influencing as well as report writing.• Support the set-up and training of 5 Youth Peacebuilding Academy (YPA) groups (with a total membership of 100 cohorts) in conflict hotspots across 4 LGAs in Kaduna.• Coordinate the installation of 34 hand washing facilities and distribution of 5,000 hygiene packs to vulnerable households across 23 LGAs in Kaduna.• Identify, design, and lead the facilitation of MEAL and other related training/capacity building sessions for staff, and volunteers.• Coordinate and lead the design and communication of knowledge management and organizational learning needs and the implementation of accountability framework/tools. • Participate and contribute to the organization’s managerial decisions, resources mobilization processes – 6 successful proposals, as well as review/development of organizational policies and strategies.• Lead policy and advocacy engagements with duty bearers, service providers and other key stakeholders in project locations.
