• Assist in the development and validation of long range planning and forecasting models for budget and production needs of the brand to ensure accuracy. • Assist in the development of positioning and key strategies for the brand via the brand planning process. • Implementation of marketing plans and key strategies.• Integral part of cross-functional brand team through the development of working relationships with Pharmacy, clinical, medical, regulatory affairs sales finance departments and TPCM’s. • Manage relations with advertising and other external agencies.• Development of relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.• Development of professional working relationships with Sales Managers and Representatives.• Ensure all business and promotional activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards, including Medicines Australia and Sanofi internal code of conduct.• Development and maintenance of market intelligence databases. • Day-to-day management of the portfolio e.g. customer complaints and enquiries, pricing and packaging changes and the supply of sample packs.• Management of advertising and promotion budgets.• Evaluate the effectiveness of promotion and advertising programmes, using set guidelines, and make recommendations for improvements within code of conduct guidelines. • Manage working relationships with advertising agencies and other servicing companies.• Maintain the operational marketing plan and regularly report on progress to plan.• Manage the Patient Support Program for Copaxone.
