• Specialised working in fragile state and conflict-affected environments, with analysis and the planning, assessment, management and evaluation of international programmes. • Proven ability to lead complex evaluations in politically sensitive environments, and knowledge of best practice methodologies.• Extensive experience with post-crisis Multi-Donor Trust Funds, in the design of governance, administration and programme systems and with MDTF evaluations. • Twenty three years experience with development cooperation. Eleven years of resident field experience in Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia. Short-term assignments in 25 countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. • Senior management experience in a Canadian Government-funded institution.
