David has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona, is a member of the Spanish Institute of Chartered Accountants (IACJC) and is included on the Official List of Registered Auditors in Spain (ROAC). He has wide experience of managing and coordinating the audits of listed multinational clients with registered offices in Spain and of consolidation processes of major corporations. David has considerable experience of auditing multinational groups and companies in diverse sectors, especially in the consumer, industrial and automotive sectors, under different accounting principles, mainly under IFRS, and he is accredited for international engagements in IFRS and US GAAP.
