Experience includes management of 3rd party vendors; development and management of the annual utility budget; management of the EMS portfolio; procurement of electricity and natural gas commodities in all deregulated markets; and initiation and project management of all energy efficiency upgrades which includes performing financial analysis and obtaining internal capital approvals (projects include: LED’s, Ethernet EMS upgrades, Retro-Commissioning projects, new technology pilots, etc.).
