Reporting to the Cabin Crew Manager, this role is responsible for managing the consistent delivery of the world’s best in-flight customer experience:  Manage all resources, including time, product and people, to ensure the high standards of safety, security and best practice service are met on all flights. Partners with Captains to ensure the safe and secure operation of the aircraft for the duration of flights, ensuring corporate requirements, local civil aviation, government legislation and international standards. Manage all cabin crew, including pre-flight briefing sessions, allocation of duties in line with grade, skill level, specialised qualifications, language capabilities and customer profiles and numbers. Provide ongoing coaching and direction to cabin crew, managing and recognising performance which met the required expectations of the brand. Manage the customer database (KIS system), to capture customer data and provide timely and accurate reports. Manage all other documentation required for flights. Manage the consistent application of policies and procedures, ensure customer complaints are fully investigated and resolved efficiently.
