I set this Company up in February 1992 with personal funding from myself and few other individuals and Phil Drew Ventures,launching 6 branches on day one, which was and still is the largest start up in the recruitment industry. The 6 branches were in the permanent sales recuitment area with an industrial temporay division alongside. The business grew excecptionally well moving into other sectors and locations boosting the sales and profits on the way.In 1998 i organised a Management Buy Out creating ownership for 20 more individuals in the company. The company had year on year growth even through the tough years and continued to enhance it's profile becoming one of the best known recruitment brands in the UK.Having been approached by a number of potential acquirers we finally in June 2007 accepted an offer that was to good to turn down and ensured the Company and the employees would be allowed to continue to grow.
