I am an experienced onsite service then sales engineer visiting industries for nearly 20 years.As service engineer, I know precisely how it is, commissioning process devices in industrial sites and never give up: so often I found myself stuck in a plant with unsatisfactory results and no ideas why, but finally leaving the place with a fully working system and a very happy customer!As sales engineer, I visited hundreds of plants, confronted the final customer needs and decision-making factors with a very good customer acceptance. By doing so I initiated and pushed the Process products line increase into the French market. I am now managing our distribution channel partners in the Latin American region as LATAM area sales manager which I also love to do.My school career started in Peru (Latin America) and ended in Europe (France mainly), my professional journey started in Asia (China mainly), then back to Europe (Germany and France mainly), and ends in the Americas team working for Latin America.My way of working, my belief, is: thinking as a team we reach much better results than working alone. This teamwork can be stimulated anywhere: with our onsite customers, between colleagues, with our team or our channel partners. This requires creating confidence, giving support, be constructive, and it finally makes work much more interesting!I am enthusiastic about technology and fascinated about industrial processes, I love simplifying complex topics, organizing and giving support, sharing knowledge.
