Technical Support And Training Manager
CurrentGemaire hired me into a specially created position to re-imagine and champion the way they provide technical support and training to the contractor dealer base. In this role I manage the technical support group and provide a corporate focus to the contractor training objectives.The existing technical support representatives are all very skilled individuals and my first focus was to evaluate their strengths and to bring them together as a unified team. This is being achieved through communication, redefining the fundamental team objectives, the use of new technology and the unanimous adoption of a practical core mission statement.
