I lead a versatile, high-performing team that delivers on a wide variety of projects and initiatives, all focused around three strategic objectives: educating our IT team through effective knowledge sharing, supporting our investment in current IT team member growth, and strengthening our technology brand externally. Among many other responsibilities, our team writes and publishes a twice-weekly internal IT newsletter, produces internal educational videos (a new episode delivered every other week), drives our company's sponsorship of external technology conferences, collaborates with our Talent team to strengthen our IT hiring processes, and owns our IT Summer Team Member program, creating challenging and engaging project-based experiences for over 50 interns. In addition, I lead our IT Coaches, who support team members and leaders across the enterprise through a variety of methods. Some of those include: following up with new graduates of our training programs to ensure a smooth transition from the classroom to their new team, conducting team assessments and recommending opportunities for growth, supporting career progression by recommending internal and external resources, and reviewing and revising training materials so they reflect the skills and technologies currently used on the floor.

Reported to our Chief Technology Officer and tackled communications-related projects and initiatives, including:• Launched UWM's first team member resource group, called Women in Technology, dedicated to creating a supportive network for women in technology to contribute fearlessly with acceptance and respect.• Rolled out Tech Talks, a series of 50 (and counting) internal educational videos, collaborating with a host, our A/V Support team, and dozens of guests to deliver compelling content on a variety of topics. • As Editor-in-Chief of our internal Knowledge Bytes blog, I authored, edited, or collaborated on dozens of posts, on topics spanning all areas of IT.• Owned the Brilliant Ideas platform for the IT team, fielding hundreds of improvement ideas and routing them to the appropriate leader or Product Owner for review and/or implementation.

Completed the one-year Business Innovation Group rotational program, where I learned all sides of the mortgage industry by spending time with 18 different teams, shadowing team members, meeting with leadership, and delivering on a variety of projects. During this program I rotated with a small group of three, and highlights of our output included:• Created a Leadership Playbook for newly promoted Underwriting Team Leads (which included resources, shadow guides, videos, and more)• Merged dozens of subservicer oversight tests, increasing Servicing Oversight team efficiency• Developed a year-long calendar of contests to incentivize and motivate Closing team members• Wrote a script for a revamped Legal and Compliance computer-based training that touched on a variety of topics

Created personal blog documenting my journey losing and maintaining a 160lb weight loss.• Author of ~1,500 posts yielding over 1.4 million page views; engaged with ~10,000 subscribers and social media followers.• My authentic voice and inspiring, honest storytelling led to sponsorship deals from major fitness brands Bowflex and StairMaster.

"The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon"• Found potential non-celebrity guests and guided them through the booking process, for recurring segments featuring kid inventors, robots, and talented kids and pets. • Cultivated and maintained nationwide network of teachers, administrators and parents that help identify and recommend talented young inventors.

Authored email newsletters promoting upcoming events and concerts. Contributor to LACO.org blog, supplying posts about concert experiences from a classical music “Newbie” point of view.

"The Jeff Probst Show"/CBS Television Distribution Digital Media GroupResponsible for the overall online presence of "The Jeff Probst Show," a daytime talk show. • Led 5-person digital team, delivering daily web content relating to show topics.• Produced original, exclusive web videos and authored all copy for the show’s website. • Managed video partnerships with AOL and Yahoo, yielding 27 million video views.• Editorial Director for startswithyou.com, a health/wellness website launched in Jan. ‘13.

"Bethenny" (Pilot) /TelepicturesRecruited, pitched, and pre-interviewed compelling couples with relationship issues for a Bethenny Frankel-hosted talk show pilot. Prepared both Bethenny and guests prior to taping.

"Re:Discover"Identified and interviewed community leaders, entrepreneurs and artists from across the country and cast them in a Fremantle-produced, Buick-sponsored online travel show. Worked on Seasons 1 & 2.

"The Ellen DeGeneres Show"/TelepicturesIntegral creative staff member for 7 years, during which the show won the Outstanding Talk Show Emmy Award 5 times. My contributions earned me multiple promotions from Assistant level. • Produced interview segments with popular and noteworthy celebrity guests. Interviewed those guests prior to taping; briefed Ellen and guest for segment.• Collaborated with Graphics, Props, Cue Cards & other departments for segment elements. • As Head Researcher, I trained and managed a 4-person team, ensuring team-wide high-quality output; associate produced headline-grabbing celebrity appearances and themed shows.• Compiled research packets on multiple celebrity guests weekly, identifying topics of conversation, developing and executing games, comedy bits, and other segment elements.• Authored and distributed a daily 2-page news brief; hired, trained, and supervised interns.
