I have been involved in digital learning and training since the 1980's. I am passionate about the benefits that it brings to learners.I am the winner of several international multimedia awards including a Sony Silver Apple and a Cannes multi-media award I was a teacher for over 20 years and have a real understanding of pedagogy. I co-founded DDL in 1999 and was its MD until it closed in Janaury 2019. During my time at DDL I provided it with its future development planning ideas and I was a key player in providing the company with most of its business.I have worked in key areas of publishing, training and more recently in the assessment and management of compliance and competency.
