Responsible for the reporting and the cost control/accounting involved with correction of all warranty issues. Recognized for outstanding company contributions by way of generating sales due to resolving issues with previous clients. QA/QC: Acted as the liaison between the construction and architectural departments regarding constructability issues and quality control. Established detailed QC inspection procedures for the construction team, both during the construction process and at project close-out. Introduced new products to improve building performance and upgrade the integrity of of the building envelop.

The projects required advanced material acquisition to enable on-time completion dates. Weekly progress meetings were mandatory with the client's representatives and a good relationship had to be maintained with the property management team. During the 3 year contract completed over 50 projects on time. Developed a reputation for being the "go to" person to get the projects done on time with high customer satisfaction.Maintained a excellent relationship with a very demanding client.
