- Lead all facets of Chisholm’s finance and accounting function including finance and business operations, controllership, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, performance standards, financial & management reporting, budgeting, planning, forecasting, business case development, tax compliance, risk management, audit, CRA compliance as well as all HR, IT and legal shared service functions across all lines of business.- Developed and delivered Chisholm’s growth strategy in partnership with the CEO, taking the company from $400M to $1.5B in annual revenue through organic growth and multiple global joint ventures.- Core member of the senior executive team, responsible for the development and execution of Chisholm’s overall strategic direction as well as advising the Board of Directors- Led an end to end business transformation through an SAP implementation, delivering on all efficiencies in the business case as well as all expected analytic and KPI reporting requirements and multi-currency functionality, including all FX modelling and logic.- Led through various other transformations, such as Chisholm’s transition to a USD functional currency and corporate restructure.- Established and led an internal FX currency exchange practice that generated over $15m of unplanned and unexpected revenue. - Mentor, develop, coach, and continuously promote a high performing finance and shared services team that drives growth, strengthens internal controls, facilitates successful audits and operational efficiencies.

Responsible for all of Chisholm’s financial reporting, risk management and currency exposures as well as served as an advisor to the CFO, CEO and Board Chairman. Developed Chisholm’s commodity trading strategy, implemented and operatized it onto the Triple Pointtrading system. Led business transformation through an Infinium accounting system implementation.

Developed and built business from start-up generating a going concern for over 30 years; specializing in retail sales of comic books, sports cards, collectibles, and clothing. Created strategic business model for new market development; growing the business to 2 store locations.
