Now based on my new site Stirrup Mews, Arrowe Park, Birkenhead. consists of 13 homes and the 4 bed showhome is due to open December 2024.Church Mews, Upton Village, Wirral has been my most successful site, winning my 2nd Pride in the Job award in June 2024 and then followed by Seal of Excellence and the Coveted Overall Regional Award for the Northwest Small Builder Category received on 25th October 2024.Prior to this site I managed an exclusive site, White Gables consisting of 13 houses located at Upton, Chester, I was awarded the NHBC Pride in the Job award in June 2023 and followed by a Seal of Excellence Award at the NHBC awards Ceremony in Manchester on 20th October 2023.

Site Manager for Bellway (Manchester) Ltd.Sandstone Brook development was a "brown field site" based at Lymm, Cheshire, consisted of 40 private sale and 24 H.A homes. all ranging from 1 bed flats to 4 bed detached homes. This included a large P.O.S. area with a large pond and includes a play area for the residents to use.

Site Manager based on the Heys Green Project near Alderley Edge. It consisted of 9 large 5 bedroom detached properties and 3 mews style 3 bedroom cottages.

I joined TW and was assigned to their North Wales site at Penyfford. This was a large mixed property site and the final phase was set up with roads and sewers. We completed 41 properties during my time on site from January to November. This site won the NHBC Pride in the job in June of the following year and was the result of our efforts to push for quality constantly.My 2nd project was Stoneley Park, Crewe. This was a 650 unit site that I took over just following the show home opening in November 2015.We successfully acheive 56 CML completions by December 2016 and were on target for 52 for 2017 year end.The project was a full mixture of 2 to 4 bedroom homes ranging from affordable semi detached and mews to detached homes.Major infrastructure work was included within the time on site for a large 8m deep pump station, associated roads and sewers plus a main roundabout for the new development entrance. The demolition of an old pub made way for the new road and roundabout.

Site Manager for a new Project within the village of Tilston near Malpas, consisted of 37 new build homes together with the associated works such as Compound set up, Roads and sewers, Sewer pumping station and Public open space.The site was a green field site extension to an existing housing site with some conservation issues such as Great Crested Newts and Tree protection.

My 1st project for Huntsmere was to Construct a brand new bespoke detached property at a market value of £3.2 million.This Project consisted of a 5 bed 5 bathroom detached home within Prestbury that included an outdoor pool with an underground adjacent plant room together with a detached double garage plus associated landscaping and furnishings.My 2nd project for Huntsmere was based on a site within Alderley Edge, Cheshire where I constructed the new Company head office that was opened in July 2013. Next to that we built an Office unit for another client to house up to 40 people. This completed for November 2013.I was made redundant from Huntsmere and finished on 8th November 2013And finally as part of this project we constructed Huntsmere's new Interior Design office and showroom building. This structure was left to be fitted out at a later date by Huntsmere management due to budget issues.The Huntsmere office development was a refurbishment of an existing steel portal framed Farm building. This consists of a large open plan office space with adjacent offices from it, also a large open plan reception, disabled WC / shower room and a storage warehouse with WC. A substantial AV system was installed by SONA Projects Ltd using a Lutron lighting scheme and a Sonos sound system.The other buildings are Steel Portal framed construction with Zinc, Curtain wall glazing and Brick cladding and the interior design suite has got a basement section to allow for a split level office area.

High Spec Residential Site Manager on a major £8.5million renovation and extension project based within a private estate on the island of Guernsey from April 2010 to the successful completion in May 2011 then onto finish a Renovation of a large Grade 1 listed property in Oxfordshire. May 2011 to Nov 2011.

Employed as a Senior Site Manager for Edgemere Estates (previously Delamere Developments) Barn conversions at Pulford near Chester was my first project. Then built Edgemere Estates new office / Barn conversion annexe to the main home for the company owner.I was then assigned as Site Manager for a large £1.5 million bespoke extension to a house within Alderley Edge, Cheshire. The property consisted of a large Basement including a Pool, Games Room and Cinema within the basement, Garden room, Kitchen, New Entrance Hall, Master Bedroom Suite and a Double Garage also extensive external works.I left the company when I was approached by Janine Stone to take on a project within Guernsey.

My main acheivement with this company was to start and complete a new housing development in the Crewe area. The site consisted of 23 traditionally built houses and 30 Timber Framed Apartments and included a show home.The contract started February 2004 and was completed by the end of July 2005, which was 2 months earlier than the anticipated programme.Extensive demolition work to an existing engineering factory had to be carried out before commencing the site. All roads and sewer work including a large surface water storage sewer 2.4m Diameter was constructed. This site was very successful for me as I achieved the award of Site Manager of the year 2005 for the NW region and the National overall winner within the David McLean Group this was due to outstanding customer care surveys and Health and safety records on site. My next main contract with David McLean Homes NW was based in Bolton. This consisted of a site with 156 no. 4-storey timber framed apartments on a site surrounded by a river to the west and south elevations and a brook, which meets the river on the north elevation of the site. There was extensive work to build a road bridge to enable traffic access to the site and we had constructed a flood alleviation channel
